Series 2010B Bonds definition

Series 2010B Bonds means the Issuer’s Water and Sewer Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (Taxable Under Federal Law), dated October 15, 2010.
Series 2010B Bonds means the MDTA’s “Transportation Facilities Projects Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (Federally Taxable Build America BondsDirect Payment),” dated as of July 28, 2010.
