Series 2010-6 Rapid Amortization Period definition

Series 2010-6 Rapid Amortization Period means the period beginning at the earlier to occur of (a) the close of business on the Business Day immediately preceding the day on which an Amortization Event is deemed to have occurred with respect to the Series 2010-6 Notes and (b) the close of business on the Optional Termination Date and ending upon the earliest to occur of (i) the date on which the Series 2010-6 Notes are fully paid, (ii) the Series 2010-6 Termination Date and (iii) termination of the Indenture.

  • In the event that the Series 2010-6 Rapid Amortization Period shall commence after receipt by the Trustee of a Waiver Request, all such Designated Amounts will thereafter be considered Principal Collections allocated to the Series 2010-6 Noteholders.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2009-VFN Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.
