Series 2010-6 Lease Interest Payment Deficit definition

Series 2010-6 Lease Interest Payment Deficit means on any Distribution Date an amount equal to the excess, if any of (1) the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount of Interest Collections which pursuant to Section 3.2(a), (b), (c) or (d) would have been allocated to the Series 2010-6 Accrued Interest Account if all payments of Monthly Base Rent required to have been made under the Leases from and excluding the preceding Distribution Date to and including such Distribution Date were made in full over (b) the aggregate amount of Interest Collections which pursuant to Section 3.2(a), (b), (c) or (d) have been allocated to the Series 2010-6 Accrued Interest Account (excluding any amounts paid into the Series 2010-6 Accrued Interest Account pursuant to the proviso in Sections 3.2(c)(ii) and 3.2(d)(ii)) from and excluding the preceding Distribution Date to and including such Distribution Date over (2) the Class R Monthly Interest with respect to the Series 2010-6 Interest Period ended on the day preceding such Distribution Date.
Series 2010-6 Lease Interest Payment Deficit means on any Distribution Date an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount of Interest Collections which pursuant to Section 3.2(a), (b), (c) or (d) would have been allocated to the Series 2010-6 Accrued Interest Account if all payments of Monthly Base Rent required to have been made under the Leases from and excluding the preceding Distribution Date to and including such Distribution Date were made in full over (b) the aggregate amount of Interest Collections which pursuant to Section 3.2(a), (b), (c) or (d) have been allocated to the Series 2010-6 Accrued Interest Account (excluding any amounts paid into the Series 2010-6 Accrued Interest Account pursuant to the proviso in Sections 3.2(c)(ii) and 3.2(d)(ii)) from and excluding the preceding Distribution Date to and including such Distribution Date.

  • Interest Payment Amount With respect to each outstanding Class of Notes and any Payment Date, the Interest Accrual Amount for such Class of Notes, less any Modification Loss Amount for such Payment Date allocated to reduce the Interest Payment Amount owed for such Class of Notes pursuant to Section 3.03(f) hereof, or plus any Modification Gain Amount for such Payment Date allocated to increase the Interest Payment Amount owed for such Class of Notes pursuant to Section 3.03(g) hereof.

  • First Interest Payment Date means the date specified in the relevant Final Terms; "Fixed Coupon Amount" has the meaning given in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Interest Payment Period means the period from and including an Interest Payment Date, or in the case of the first Interest Payment Period, the original date of issuance of the Debt Securities, to, but excluding, the next succeeding Interest Payment Date or, in the case of the last Interest Payment Period, the Redemption Date, Special Redemption Date or Maturity Date, as the case may be.

  • Interest Payment means, in respect of an interest payment on an Interest Payment Date, the amount of interest payable on the presentation and surrender of the relevant Coupon for the relevant Interest Period in accordance with Condition 4 (Interest Payments);

  • Swap Payment Date For so long as the Swap Agreement is in effect or any amounts remain unpaid thereunder, the Business Day immediately preceding each Distribution Date.

  • Payment Date means the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Interest Payment Determination Date means the Interest Accrual Period End Date at the end of each Interest Accrual Period; provided that the Interest Payment Determination Date with respect to the final Interest Accrual Period will be the Rate Cut-off Date.
