Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period definition

Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period means the period commencing at the opening of business on November 1, 2014 (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately preceding such day) and continuing to the earliest of (i) the commencement of the Series 2010-3 Rapid Amortization Period, (ii) the date on which the Series 2010-3 Notes are fully paid and (iii) the termination of the Indenture.
Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period means the period (a) commencing on the Business Day immediately following the earlier of (i) a Change in Control Non-Consent Event and (ii) the Series 2010-3 Expiration Date and (b) ending on the earliest to occur of (i) the third Payment Date following the commencement of the Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period (or, solely if the Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period has commenced because of a Change in Control Non-Consent Event, which occurred prior to a Payment Date in any month, the fourth Payment Date following the commencement of such Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period), (ii) the date on which the Series 2010-3 Notes are paid in full, (iii) the termination of the Base Indenture in accordance with its terms and (iv) the commencement of the Series 2010-3 Rapid Amortization Period; provided, that the Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period shall be deemed not to commence or be continuing at any time that the Series 2010-3 Rapid Amortization Period has commenced and is continuing.
Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period means the period (a) commencing on the Business Day immediately following the earlier of (i) a Change of Control Non-Consent Event and (ii) the Series 2010-3 Expiration Date and (b) ending on the earliest to occur of (i) the sixth Payment Date following the commencement of the Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period, (ii) the date on which the Series 2010-3 Notes are paid in full, (iii) the termination of the Base Indenture in accordance with its terms and (iv) the commencement of the Series 2010-3 Rapid Amortization Period; provided, that the Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period shall be deemed not to commence or be continuing at any time that the Series 2010-3 Rapid Amortization Period has commenced and is continuing.

Related to Series 2010-3 Controlled Amortization Period

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.

  • Managed Amortization Period means the period from the Closing Date to the Rapid Amortization Commencement Date.

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Certificate Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Amortization Payment Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Amortization Amount means, with respect to any Principal Amount Repayment Date, the amount set forth opposite such Date on the Amortization Schedule.

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2009-VFN Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.

  • Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not apply if the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer notifies the Indenture Trustee that it expects the Accumulation Period Length to be adjusted to one (1) month, and otherwise shall mean a period commencing on the first Distribution Date on which a condition in the right column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, if the Distribution Date is a Distribution Date described in the corresponding left column of the following table, and ending on the Distribution Date immediately preceding the earlier to occur of:

  • Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.

  • Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount means (a) on the first Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such Distribution Date and (b) on each subsequent Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount for such subsequent Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such subsequent Distribution Date.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.

  • Class A Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class A Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(a).

  • Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion, if any, of the Principal Distribution Amount attributable to Loan Group 1.

  • Class B Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class B Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(b).

  • Group III Senior Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group III Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group III, (ii) the applicable Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group III, and (iii) the Group III Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Excess Subordinated Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date.

  • Group II Senior Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group II, (ii) the applicable Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group II, and (iii) the Group II Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.
