Series 2009 definition

Series 2009 or “Series 2009 Certificate” shall mean the certificate executed by the Bank and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Class A Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
