Series 2006-1 Interest Rate Swap Proceeds definition

Series 2006-1 Interest Rate Swap Proceeds means the amounts received by the Trustee from a Series 2006-1 Interest Rate Swap Counterparty from time to time in respect of any Series 2006-1 Interest Rate Swap (including amounts received from a guarantor or from collateral).
Series 2006-1 Interest Rate Swap Proceeds means the amounts received by the Trustee from a Series 2006-1 Interest Rate Swap Counterparty from time to time in respect o f any Series 2006-1 Interest Rate Swap (including amounts received from a guarantor or from collateral).
