Series 2005-4 Collateral definition

Series 2005-4 Collateral means the Collateral, each Series 2005-4 Letter of Credit, each Series 2005-4 Demand Note, the Series 2005-4 Distribution Account Collateral, the Series 2005-4 Interest Rate Swap Collateral, the Series 2005-4 Cash Collateral Account Collateral and the Series 2005-4 Reserve Account Collateral.
Series 2005-4 Collateral means the Collateral, any Series 2005-4 Interest Rate Hedges, each Series 2005-4 Letter of Credit, the Series 2005-4 Series Account Collateral, the Class A Cash Collateral Account Collateral, the Class B Cash Collateral Account Collateral, the Series 2005-4 Demand Note, the Series 2005-4 Distribution Account Collateral, the Class A Reserve Account Collateral and the Class B Reserve Account Collateral.
Series 2005-4 Collateral means the Collateral, any Series 2005-4 Interest Rate Xxxxxx, each Series 2005-4 Letter of Credit, the Series 2005-4 Series Account Collateral, the Class A Cash Collateral Account Collateral, the Class B Cash Collateral Account Collateral, the Series 2005-4 Demand Note, the Series 2005-4 Distribution Account Collateral, the Class A Reserve Account Collateral and the Class B Reserve Account Collateral.
