Series 2005-2 Revolving Period definition

Series 2005-2 Revolving Period means the period from and including the Series 2005-2 Closing Date to the earlier of (i) the commencement of the Series 2005-2 Rapid Amortization Period and (ii) the commencement of the Three-Year Notes Controlled Amortization Period; provided that if the Three-Year Notes are paid in full on or prior to the Three-Year Notes Expected Final Payment Date and the Insurer has been paid all Insurer Fees and Insurer Reimbursement Amounts due to the Insurer on such Three-Year Notes Expected Final Payment Date, then the Series 2005-2 Revolving Period shall recommence and shall also include the period from and including the Determination Date immediately preceding the Payment Date on which the Three-Year Notes are paid in full and continue to the earlier of (i) the commencement of the Four-Year Notes Controlled Amortization Period and (ii) the commencement of the Series 2005-2 Rapid Amortization Period; provided that if the Four-Year Notes are paid in full on or prior to the Four-Year Notes Expected Final Payment Date and the Insurer has been paid all Insurer Fees and Insurer Reimbursement Amounts due to the Insurer on such Four-Year Notes Expected Final Payment Date, then the Series 2005-2 Revolving Period shall recommence and shall also include the period from and including the Determination Date immediately preceding the Payment Date on which the Four-Year Notes are paid in full and continue to the earlier of (i) the commencement of the Five-Year Notes Controlled Amortization Period and (ii) the commencement of the Series 2005-2 Rapid Amortization Period.
Series 2005-2 Revolving Period means the period from and including the Original Series 2005-2 Closing Date to the earlier of (i) the commencement of the Series 2005-2 Controlled Amortization Period and (ii) the commencement of the Series 2005-2 Rapid Amortization Period.
Series 2005-2 Revolving Period means the period from and including the Series 2005-2 Closing Date to the earlier of (i) the commencement of the Series 2005-2 Controlled Amortization Period and (ii) the commencement of any Series 2005-2 Rapid Amortization Period; provided that if the Class A-1 Notes and the Class A-2 Notes are paid in full on or prior to the Class A-1/A-2 Expected Final Distribution Date, then the Series 2005-2 Revolving Period shall also include the period from and including the Determination Date immediately preceding the Distribution Date on which the Class A-1 Notes and the Class A-2 Notes are paid in full to the earlier of (i) the commencement of the Class A-3 Controlled Amortization Period and (ii) the commencement of the Series 2005-2 Rapid Amortization Period; provided further that if the Class A-3 Notes are paid in full on or prior to the Class A-3 Expected Final Distribution Date, then the Series 2005-2 Revolving Period shall also include the period from and including the Determination Date immediately preceding the Distribution Date on which the Class A-3 Notes are paid in full to the earlier of (i) the commencement of the Class A-4/A-5 Controlled Amortization Period and (ii) the commencement of the Series 2005-2 Rapid Amortization Period.

Related to Series 2005-2 Revolving Period

  • Class A Principal Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, determined as follows: (A) with respect to the Group I Class A Certificates, a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date that is attributable to the principal received or advanced on the Group I Mortgage Loans and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and (B) with respect to the Group II Class A Certificates, a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date that is attributable to the principal received or advanced on the Group II Mortgage Loans and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, (i) zero, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is greater than or equal to 4.50%, (ii) 1.25%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iii) 2.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (iv) 2.75%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (v) 3.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vi) 4.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 2.00%, and (vii) 6.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 2.00%.

  • Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.

  • Class A-2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and on which a Trigger Event is not in effect, the excess of (x) the sum of the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 59.20% and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus the product of (i) 0.50% and (ii) the aggregate principal balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Group III Senior Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group III Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group III, (ii) the applicable Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group III, and (iii) the Group III Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Class A-1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and on which a Trigger Event is not in effect, the excess of (x) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 58.00% and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus the product of (i) 0.50% and (ii) the aggregate principal balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Class A-2 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Group II Senior Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group II, (ii) the applicable Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group II, and (iii) the Group II Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Class A Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 59.00% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $11,334,248.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Series Invested Amount means the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion, if any, of the Principal Distribution Amount attributable to Loan Group 1.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class C Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class C Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class C Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.

  • Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Group I Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group I Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group I, (b) the Group I Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group I and (c) the Group I Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Class B-4 Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (x) the remaining Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date after distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount and the Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount and (y) the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of (1) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (2) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (3) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (4) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (5) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (6) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (7) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (8) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (9) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (10) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (11) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-4 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, over (b) the lesser of (1) the product of (x) 90.60% and (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during the prior calendar month), and (2) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during the prior calendar month) minus the Overcollateralization Floor.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Class D Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class D Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class D Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class D Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class D Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.

  • Regular Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the Note Balance as of such Payment Date (before giving effect to any principal payments made on the Notes on such Payment Date), over (ii) the excess, if any, of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the end of the related Collection Period less the Overcollateralization Target Amount minus (b) the sum of the First Priority Principal Distribution Amount and the Second Priority Principal Distribution Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Group 2 Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group 2 Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group 2, (b) the Group 2 Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group 2 and (c) the Group 2 Senior Liquidation Amount.
