Series 2004-2 Collateral definition

Series 2004-2 Collateral means the Collateral, each Series 2004-2 Letter of Credit, each Series 2004-2 Demand Note, the Series 2004-2 Distribution Account Collateral, the Series 2004-2 Interest Rate Swap Collateral, the Series 2004-2 Cash Collateral Account Collateral and the Series 2004-2 Reserve Account Collateral.

  • Interest Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Counterparty Downgrade Collateral Account means an interest-bearing account of the Issuer with the Custodian into which all Counterparty Downgrade Collateral is to be deposited.

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).
