Series 2000-1 VFC Certificate definition

Series 2000-1 VFC Certificate means the Series 2000-1 VFC Certificate executed by the Company and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached to the Series 2000-1 Supplement.
Series 2000-1 VFC Certificate means the Series 2000-1 VFC Certificate executed and authenticated by the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached to the Series 2000-1 Supplement.

  • After giving notice of termination of the Aggregate Liquidity Commitment pursuant to this subsection 4.02(a), BAFC shall not make any further advances under the Series 2000-1 VFC Certificate.
