Series 1999A Bonds definition

Series 1999A Bonds means that series of presently outstanding Bonds authorized by the Board in the Bond Resolution.
Series 1999A Bonds means the Special Improvement District No. 1997-2 Special Assessment Bonds, Series 1999A, in the aggregate principal amount of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) issued by the Bond Issuer pursuant to the Official Bond Statement.

Series 1999A Bonds means the Issuer’s Mandatorily Exchangeable Resource Recovery Revenue Bonds (Xxxxxxx Resource Recovery Partners, L.P. Project) Series 1999A issued in the Initial Exchange to Owners of the 1994 Bonds: provided, however, that following the issuance of the Additional Bonds pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.07(d). Series 1999A Bonds means the Additional Bonds so issued pursuant to Section 2.07(d) in such exchange.
Series 1999A Bonds means the Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1999A (American Baptist Homes of the Midwest - Park Crest Baptist Care Center) to be issued by the City pursuant to this resolution in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $3,000,000;
Series 1999A Bonds means the Sanitary Sewerage System Revenue Bonds (State Revolving Fund Program), Series 1999A, of the City, in the aggregate principal amount of $3,730,000, authorized and issued pursuant to the Series 1999A Ordinance.
Series 1999A Bonds means the Outstanding General Improvement Airport Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 1999A, authorized by the 1999A Ordinance.

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • 2028 Notes means those 6.500% Senior Notes due 2028 issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 pursuant to the 2028 Notes Documents.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • 2022 Notes means the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022, originally issued by Rowan Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • 2014 Notes means (i) the 4.850% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2014 and (ii) the 4.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 and the 5.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2034 issued by the Issuer on August 21, 2014.

  • Transition bonds means bonds, notes, certificates of

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • 2020 Notes means the 6.875% Senior Notes due 2020, issued by Pride International LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • 2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $15,757,000 of the Series A Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 through 2024 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Original Bonds has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
