Series 1998 Ordinance definition

Series 1998 Ordinance means Ordinance No. 43-954 of the City, adopted September 1, 1998, which authorized issuance of the Series 1998 Bonds.

  • Regulations D, T, U and X” means, respectively, Regulations D, T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor), as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

  • the 2007 Regulations means the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007;

  • the Ordinance means the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong), and includes every other Ordinance incorporated therewith or substituted therefor; and in the case of any such substitution the references in these Articles to the provisions of the Ordinance shall be read as references to the provisions substituted therefor in the new Ordinance;

  • Principal Regulations means the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations, 2020 (published in Statutory Instrument 77 of 2020);

  • the 2001 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001[63];

  • Council Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No. 2100/94 of 27th July 1994 on Community plant variety rights;

  • 1990 Act means the Companies Act 1990.

  • the Principal Regulations means the Building Regulations 2010 ;

  • Regulations T, U and X” means Regulations T, U and X, respectively, of the Federal Reserve Board, and any successor regulations.

  • PPPFA Regulations means the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 published in terms of the PPPFA.
