Series 1985 Bonds definition

Series 1985 Bonds means the Bonds of the City of the Series authorized by this 1985 Series Ordinance and designated "City of Charleston, South Carolina, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 1985".
Series 1985 Bonds means the $110,000,000 State of Ohio Pollution Control Revenue Bonds, 1985 Series (The Dayton Power and Light Company Project) dated as of December 1, 1985.
Series 1985 Bonds means the Issuer's Floating Rate Weekly Demand Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Nevada Power Company Project) Series 1985, currently outstanding in the aggregate principal amount of $44,000,000.

  • Series A or “Series A Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series A Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series A Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series A Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Original Bonds has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Subordinated Debentures means the debentures exchangeable by the Company for the Preferred Stock in accordance with the Certificate of Designations therefor.

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • Series A Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • 2014 Notes means (i) the 4.850% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2014 and (ii) the 4.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 and the 5.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2034 issued by the Issuer on August 21, 2014.

  • 2022 Notes means the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022, originally issued by Rowan Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Series A Debentures means the 8.675% Series A Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due February 1, 2027 of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.

  • Parity Bonds means bonds payable from the revenues of the System other than the Bonds but issued on a parity and equality with the Bonds pursuant to the restrictive provisions of Section 11 of this Resolution;
