SERCEL. TRADEMARK AND CORPORATE NAME LICENCE CONTRACT refers to the contract enclosed in appendix 9 under which SERCEL concedes to the COMPANY a non-exclusive licence to use at no cost its trademark and name.

Examples of SERCEL in a sentence

  • Mitcham shall not have the authority to bind SERCEL in any respect, it being intended that Mitcham shall act as an independent contractor and not as an agent, with the understanding that SERCEL shall not be responsible for any obligations and/or liabilities incurred by Mitcham in connection with its business activities.

  • For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged for all purposes, Mitcham and SERCEL agree to the terms set forth herein.

  • Mitcham shall immediately notify SERCEL in the event that any person now or hereafter having such a financial interest in Mitcham shall assume such a status.
