  • The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment, as provided by Ohio Revised Code Section 4117, for all full-time sergeants and lieutenants of the Barberton Police Department as certified by the State Employment Relations Board (SERB) in Case Number 95-REP-9-0164 on February 22, 1996.
