SEPLAG means Secretaria deo Estado de Planejamento e Gestão, the Borrower’s state secretariat for planning and management.

  • The Borrower shall cause SEPLAG to: (i) no later than three months after the Effective Date, designate the independent auditors as referred to in Sections II.
