Separate Price definition
Separate Price means a price for an additional or deleted item or section of the work, to be added to or deducted from the Base Bid price.

Separate Price means the total all-inclusive price to the Owner for all labour, materials and related items required to carry out all work for each separate scope. Should the pricing received exceed the budgetary limitations for this project, the Owner reserves the right to award a portion of the requirements as tendered.
