SEPARATE COVERS definition
SEPARATE COVERS means a Variable-Share Repurchase Contract, including the related Pledged Common Stock, that has been purchased separately from a SPACES, that has been separated from a SPACES pursuant to Section 3.13 or that has been separated from a SPACES upon settlement of the related Fixed-Share Purchase Contract.
