Borrower has not accepted, and does not expect to receive prepayment of, any Rents for more than one (1) month for the Seniors Housing Facility Lease or more than two (2) months under any other Lease prior to the due dates of such Rents.

If a License is required to operate the Mortgaged Property as a Seniors Housing Facility: To Borrower’s knowledge, there currently exist no grounds for the revocation, suspension or limitation of any License, including any restriction on admission of new residents or any modification of any License to permit a less acute level of care.
