Senior Subsidiary Security Agreement definition

Senior Subsidiary Security Agreement means the Senior Subsidiary Security Agreement, made by the Subsidiary Guarantors (including Subsidiary Guarantors that become parties thereto after the Closing Date) in favor of the Senior Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Senior Secured Parties.
