Senior Subordinated Note means any one of the 10.0% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2009, issued by the Borrower in favor of the Senior Subordinated Noteholders pursuant to the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture, as such Senior Subordinated Notes may be amended, modified, restated or supplemented and in effect from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
Senior Subordinated Note. Documents shall mean and include each of the documents and other agreements entered into (including, without limitation, the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture) relating to the issuance by US Borrower of the Senior Subordinated Notes, as in effect on the Original Closing Date and as the same may be entered into, modified, supplemented or amended from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof and thereof.

Each Holder by accepting a Senior Subordinated Note waives and releases all such liability.

Senior Subordinated Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.
