Senior Secured Obligations definition

Senior Secured Obligations means (a) with respect to the Revolving Facility Obligations (to the extent such Obligations are secured by the Noteholder First Lien Collateral), the Noteholder Obligations, and (b) with respect to Noteholder Obligations (to the extent such Obligations are secured by the Revolving Facility First Lien Collateral), the Revolving Facility Obligations.
Senior Secured Obligations means the Obligations under and as defined in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
Senior Secured Obligations shall have the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, this Section 2.04(b) shall not apply to any proceeds of Senior Secured Obligations Collateral realized in a transaction not prohibited by the Senior Documents and as to which the possession or receipt thereof by a Junior Representative or other Junior Secured Obligations Secured Party is otherwise permitted by the Senior Documents.

More Definitions of Senior Secured Obligations

Senior Secured Obligations means, (a) with respect to the Term/Notes Priority Collateral, the Second-Priority Lien Obligations and, (b) with respect to the RBL Priority Collateral, the First-Priority Lien Obligations. The First-Priority Lien Obligations shall, collectively, constitute one “Class” of Senior Secured Obligations and the Second-Priority Lien Obligations shall, collectively, constitute a separate “Class” of Senior Secured Obligations.
