Senior Management Staff definition

Senior Management Staff means the managing director (or other chief executive officer) and the heads of the following functions within the Airport Business:
Senior Management Staff means the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Librarian, Bursar, Chief Internal Auditor, Dean of Students, Deans of schools, Directors of directorates, institutes, centres, or other similar bodies and such other staff as may be designated by the Council; and

Senior Management Staff means the five (5) current members of that group excluding the chief executive officer and the chief operating officer, or such other employees of the Company as the Committee may from time to time designate as members of the Senior Management Staff.
