Senior Management Agreements definition

Senior Management Agreements means, collectively, each of the Senior Management Agreements, each dated as of September 7, 2001, between the Company, DigitalNet, and each of Xxx Xxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, respectively, each as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.
