  • Should a personal emergency limit an Employee’s ability to fulfill the responsibilities of a Senior Journalist prior to the annual review period, the Employer will reassign the Employee to a non-exempt newsperson position within 45 days of any such request, to the extent permitted by business and operating obligations.
