Senior Housing Facilities definition

Senior Housing Facilities means assisted living facilities ("ALFs"), independent living facilities ("ILFs"), dementia care facilities ("DCFs") and other similar health care related businesses principally providing residential facilities and related services therein for elderly and disabled persons.
Senior Housing Facilities. (as such term is defined in the Company SEC Documents) to be excluded from the definition of "rents from real property" under Section 856(d)(2) of the Code or (2) otherwise result in a challenge to its status as a REIT, and no such challenge is pending or, to the Company's knowledge, threatened, by or before any Governmental Entity.
