SENIOR CREDIT AGREEMENT DOCUMENTS means the Senior Credit Agreement and, after the execution and delivery thereof pursuant to the terms of the Senior Credit Agreement, each note, each security document and guarantee and, after the execution and delivery thereof, each additional note, guaranty or security document executed pursuant to the Senior Credit Agreement.
