Seminole Agreements definition

Seminole Agreements means any of the Applicable Agreements pursuant to which at least one of the MHR Entities is not a party thereto, including, the Gathering Agreement and the SES Operating Agreement.
Seminole Agreements means the definitive agreements to be entered into by and among Acquiror, the Company, certain of the Company’s Subsidiaries, and Seminole as contemplated by the Seminole Letter of Intent.

  • In the event that the Seminole Parties make any modification or amendment to the Seminole Agreements without MHR’s prior written consent, the MHR Entities shall be entitled to terminate all (but not less than all) of the Applicable Agreements to which any MHR Entity is a party, without penalty, notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Applicable Agreements.
