Semiannual Period definition

Semiannual Period means (a) each six-month period beginning on January 1 of any calendar year and ending on June 30 of such calendar year, and (b) each six-month period beginning on July 1 of any calendar year and ending on December 31 of such calendar year.
Semiannual Period means either a First Semiannual Period or a Second Semiannual Period, as applicable.
Semiannual Period means each period that begins on January 1 and ends on the next June 30 or each period that begins on July 1 and ends on the next December 31.
