Semi-formal definition
Semi-formal means an ensemble less formal than formal, including dark business suits with a dress shirt, tie, and leather dress shoes, cocktail dresses or dressy separates; items not permitted at the Merger is provided on the Wedding Website.
Semi-formal means not under a financial sector law or regulation, e.g. when cooperatives are regulated under the cooperative law but not with regard to their financial intermediation activities, and hence, are not benefitting from prudential supervision.
