Semi-Exclusive Territory definition

Semi-Exclusive Territory means the countries of Japan and Korea; "semi-exclusive license" means that IMPAX may either Manufacture and sell Products for the OTC Field in its own name in each country in the Semi-Exclusive Territory or license one (1) other Person (other that WCH) in each country of the Semi-Exclusive Territory to make, have made, market, promote, use, distribute, sell, have sold, import and export Products for the OTC Field.
Semi-Exclusive Territory means those countries listed on Appendix 7.
Semi-Exclusive Territory means the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Latvia, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Kosovo, Malta, Mexico, Montenegro, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Serbia, Romania, San Marino Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, the United Kingdom, Uruguay, Vatican City, and Venezuela.
