Seller’s Rights definition

Seller’s Rights means Seller’s exclusive right to use the Legacy Numbers Blocks, Seller’s exclusive right to transfer the Legacy Number Blocks, and any other legal and equitable rights that Seller may have in and to, the Legacy Number Blocks.
Seller’s Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a) hereof.

Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.
