Seller’s Property definition

Seller’s Property means all machinery, equipment, tools, jigs, dies, gauges, fixtures, molds, patterns and other items that are necessary for the production of Supplies.
Seller’s Property means, with respect to each Seller, the Property owned (or that will be owned as of the Closing) by such Seller, as set forth in Schedule A.
Seller’s Property means all capital equipment, buildings, materials, machinery, equipment, tools, jigs, dies, gauges, fixtures, molds, patterns, blueprints, designs, specifications, drawings, photographic negatives and positives, art work copy layout and all other records or items that are not Buyer’s Property and that are necessary for the production of Supplies under the Order.

Examples of Seller’s Property in a sentence

  • Broker shall not favor any client’s property over the Seller’s Property for any reason.

  • Seller will insure Seller’s Property with full fire and extended coverage insurance for its replacement value.

  • This option does not apply if Seller’s Property is used to produce goods that are the standard stock of Seller or if a substantial quantity of like goods are being sold by Seller to others.

More Definitions of Seller’s Property

Seller’s Property any real property and improvements thereon presently owned, leased, operated or occupied by Sellers.
Seller’s Property means all Property which (a) is owned and/or used by Seller in connection with these General Terms and/or the Contract(s) and (b) is not Tesla Property. Seller will not purchase on the account of or charge Tesla for any Tesla Property except as authorized in a Purchase Order. Title to Tesla Property shall transfer to Tesla upon Tesla’s payment in full for such Property.
Seller’s Property has the meaning given in Section 9.1 of these General Terms.
Seller’s Property means that real property owned by Seller more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Seller’s Property means all personal property, furnishings, machinery, trade fixtures, materials, supplies, equipment, and improvements (trade or otherwise) which Seller owns that are located on the Property and/or in the Improvements.

If at any time after the Records Hold Period, but prior to the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations, Purchaser or Property Owner’s desire to dispose of Seller’s Property-Related Files and Records, Purchaser must first provide Seller prior written notice (the “Records Disposal Notice”). Seller shall have a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of the Records Disposal Notice to enter the Property (or such other location where such records are then stored) and remove or copy those of Seller’s Property-Related Files and Records that Seller desires to retain.
Seller’s Property means the entire parcel(s) of real estate commonly known as 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Buffalo, New York (tax parcel number 122.25-2-13.21) of which the Premises and the Temporary Use Property form a part.
