Sellers Premises definition

Sellers Premises means the address from where the Good and/or Services are to be dispatched to the Purchaser, or such other address as is notified by the Seller to the Purchaser;

Sellers Premises means the place from where goods are consigned by the Seller to the Purchaser; Words and expressions which are not defined in this document but which have a defined meaning in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Xxx 0000, or in the PPS Act have that same meaning. Sellers Premises means any premises owned, leased, licensed or otherwise occupied by the Seller or any person acting for on behalf of the Seller.

• If Seller is permitted to use terms other than FCA Sellers Premises, Seller shall provide the name and contact information for all freight forwarders, carriers or cartage agents expected to handle Buyer’s cargo.
