Seller Websites definition

Seller Websites means the URLs, internet domains and websites (i) owned, licensed or controlled by Seller, or (ii) used by Seller and integral to the operation of the Business, and all Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, including the URLs set forth on the attached Exhibit C.
Seller Websites means each and every website operated by Seller (or any predecessor) as of or at any time prior to the date of this Agreement

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;
