Seller Related Document definition

Seller Related Document means, with respect to Seller, this Agreement, the First Tier Agreement and all other pledges, powers of attorney, consents, assignments, contracts, notices, and all other written matter whether heretofore, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of Seller, or any employee of Seller, and delivered in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Seller Related Document means any certificate, agreement or other document delivered by Seller in connection with this Agreement or the Contemplated Transaction.
Seller Related Document has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3 below.

  • Related Documents mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.

  • Filed document means a document filed with the Secretary of State under any provision of this Title except chapter 15 or section 1621; and

  • Related Agreement means any Contract which is or is to be entered into at the Closing or otherwise pursuant to this Agreement. The Related Agreements executed by a specified Person shall be referred to as "such Person's Related Agreements," "its Related Agreements" or another similar expression.

  • Buyer Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Buyer under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Ancillary Documents means each agreement, instrument or document attached hereto as an Exhibit, and the other agreements, certificates and instruments to be executed or delivered by any of the Parties hereto in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Operative Document means each of the Participation Agreement, the Trust Indenture, the Trust Indenture Supplement covering the Aircraft, the Secured Certificates, the Purchase Agreement (insofar as it relates to the Aircraft), the Consent and Agreement and the Guarantee.

  • Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, certificates and other instruments delivered or given pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
