Seller Registered Intellectual Property definition

Seller Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by or filed in the name of a Seller and used primarily in the Business.
Seller Registered Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).
Seller Registered Intellectual Property means all Seller Intellectual Property that is subject to any issuance, registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority in any jurisdiction, including registered trademarks, domain names, and copyrights, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing.

Seller Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or filed in the name of, Seller.
Seller Registered Intellectual Property means all United States, international and foreign: (A) patents and patent applications (including provisional applications); (B) registered trademarks, applications to register trademarks, intent-to-use applications, or other registrations or applications related to trademarks; (C) registered Internet domain names; (D) registered copyrights and applications for copyright registration; and (E) any other Intellectual Property that is the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration or other document issued, filed with, or recorded by any governmental authority owned by, registered or filed in the name of the Seller, in each case that is based upon the Seller IP Rights.
Seller Registered Intellectual Property means all United States, international and foreign: (i) patents and patent applications (including provisional applications); (ii) registered trademarks, applications to register trademarks, intent-to-use applications or other registrations or applications related to trademarks; (iii) registered Internet domain names; (iv) registered copyrights and applications for copyright registration; and (v) any other Intellectual Property that is the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration or other document issued, filed with or recorded by any governmental authority owned by, registered or filed in the name of Seller. “Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights” means any Intellectual Property owned by a third party.
