Seller Names definition

Seller Names means the names, logos and trademarks of Seller and its Affiliates used with respect to the Products by Seller and its Affiliates prior to the Closing.

Seller Names has the meaning set forth in Section 8.11.

Seller Names means the names and logos of Seller, the Divesting Entities and all of its and their Affiliates.

• Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that it is expressly prohibited from making any use of the Seller Names and shall, at its own expense and as soon as practicable, but in no event later than 60 days after the Closing Date, remove, mask, or otherwise obfuscate the Seller Names from all Transferred Assets to the extent it is reasonably possible to do so.

Seller Names means the names, logos and trademarks of Seller and its Affiliates used with respect to Seller’s business of developing, manufacturing and marketing certain pharmaceutical products prior to the Closing.

Seller Names means the trademarks “LORDSTOWN MOTORS”, “LMC”, “ENDURANCE” and the Lordstown Motors logo and all corporate names and domain names containing or incorporating such trademarks.

Seller Names means the following trademarks, service marks, names and logos of the Sellers and all of their Affiliates that are used in connection with the Business but are not part of the Business Assets and will not be owned by the Transferred Subsidiaries or the Indirect Subsidiaries on the Closing Date: “Mallinckrodt” (or any variant thereof) and any logos, symbols or other representation used generally by the Sellers and their Affiliates in connection with one or more of their businesses and product lines other than the Business.
