Seller Licensed Proprietary Rights definition

Seller Licensed Proprietary Rights has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.9(a)(xiii).
Seller Licensed Proprietary Rights means certain Proprietary Rights that are owned by or purported to be owned by Seller, that are not included in the Acquired Proprietary Rights, and which are used in connection with the conduct of the Business.
Seller Licensed Proprietary Rights means Proprietary Rights owned by any Person other than Seller that are licensed to the Seller.
