Seller IT Systems definition

Seller IT Systems means the Software, firmware, middleware, data, databases, data communication lines, Internet-related information technology infrastructure, servers, systems, networks, workstations and other information technology equipment owned, leased or licensed by any Seller Entity and used in the conduct of the Business.
Seller IT Systems means the computer software, firmware, middleware, data, databases, data communication lines, Internet-related information technology infrastructure, servers, systems, networks, workstations and all other information technology equipment owned, leased or licensed by any Seller Entity or the Acquired Entities and used by any Seller Entity or the Acquired Entities primarily in the conduct of the Business.
Seller IT Systems means all computer systems, programs, networks, hardware, software, software engines, database, operating systems, websites, website content and links and equipment used to process, store, maintain and operate data, information and functions owned, used or provided by Seller in the operation of the Business and/or the Transferred Assets.

More Definitions of Seller IT Systems

Seller IT Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(t)(iii).
Seller IT Systems means the hardware for the computer systems, servers, network equipment and other computer hardware owned, leased or licensed by any of the Seller Parties, in each case located in, and used by any of the Seller Parties in their operation of, the EFK Facility as of the date of this Agreement.
Seller IT Systems means the software and information technology systems used in the operation of a business, but excludes any software, content, documentation or technology included in or relating to the Products.

  • Company IT Systems means all software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data, and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • IT Systems means Software, computer firmware or middleware, computer hardware, electronic data processing and telecommunications networks, network equipment, interfaces, platforms, peripherals, computer systems, co-location facilities, including any outsourced systems and processes, in each case, that are owned, leased, licensed by, or otherwise relied on by either the Company, Acquiror or any of their respective Subsidiaries.
