Seller Deliverables means all drawings, plans, studies, reports, calculations, specifications, pictures, videos, test results, manuals, completion certificates, completion procedures, checklists, documents, and other similar items necessary for the successful completion of the Work.

Examples of Seller Deliverables in a sentence

The originals and copies of Seller Deliverables delivered to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof are true, correct and complete originals or copies of the respective documents, instruments, agreements or other items, and Seller is not aware of any material inaccuracy or omission in the information in Seller Deliverables.
