Seller Certificates definition

Seller Certificates has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(c).

Seller Certificates means, collectively, the Bank Certificate and any outstanding Supplemental Certificates.

Seller Certificates means the certificates to be delivered at Closing pursuant to Sections 1.7(b)(ix), 1.7(b)(x), 1.7(b)(xi) and 5.1(d).
