Sell-Off Period definition

Sell-Off Period has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5.
Sell-Off Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.9.
Sell-Off Period has the meaning set out in Section 6.5.

  • Fig shall exercise reasonable efforts to remove or cause any Distributor of Fig to remove from publication or display any advertising relating to the Licensed Game posted by Fig or any such Distributor within the Sell-Off Period.

  • Company will provide notification if Company, or any Sublicensees or Distributors, will be exercising their rights to continue selling inventory pursuant to the Sell-Off Period.

More Definitions of Sell-Off Period

Sell-Off Period for a product of the Business in a particular jurisdiction means (a) if there is a Registration Transition Period with respect to such product, the twelve (12) month period directly following the end of such Registration Transition Period, or (b) if there is no Registration Transition Period with respect to such product, the twelve (12) month period following the Closing Date.
Sell-Off Period means the period beginning on the date of termination or expiry and ending on the date that is the earlier of:
Sell-Off Period means a period of ninety (90) days after the date of expiration or termination of this Agreement.
