The Self-Developed Software is (i) owned by the Companies or the Companies have sufficient title to unrestricted use of the Self-Developed Software, (ii) free from any encumbrances, liens and other rights of third parties of any type whatsoever, and no open source software of the type listed in Schedule 7.9(b) or similar public software is incorporated into or is being (or has been) distributed with the Self-Developed Software except as disclosed in Schedule 7.9(b).
Seller agrees to provide, free of charge, one-year maintenance service for Self-Developed Software starting from Completion of Transaction, but Seller is not responsible for any updates, revision, or upgrades of Self-Developed Software.
