Selected Subcontractor means a subcontractor executing work provided for in a selected subcontract amount included in the contract sum or, in respect of additional specialist work, a subcontractor appointed as a selected subcontractor in terms of a contract instruction.

Examples of Selected Subcontractor in a sentence

  • If the JSC approves the selection of a JSC Selected Subcontractor, Alliqua shall provide, at CCT’s request, such subcontractor’s subcontractor agreement to CCT for CCT’s review and comment (each, a “JSC Selected Subcontractor Agreement”).

  • If the contract shall have been cancelled in terms of clause 9.2, the Employer shall have the right, by written notice given to any Selected Subcontractor not later than 28 days after the said cancellation, to convert the subcontract concerned to a direct contract between the Employer and the Subcontractor.

  • Any comments by CCT to a Selected Subcontractor Agreement shall not be construed by Alliqua that CCT consents to any term or condition in such Selected Subcontractor Agreement.

Related to Selected Subcontractor

  • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.

  • Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues. See Form Q.

  • Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.

  • Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.
