Selected Loan Offer Notice definition

Selected Loan Offer Notice means a notice from the LLP served on the Seller offering to sell Selected Loans and their Related Security for an offer price equal to the greater of the then Outstanding Principal Balance of the Selected Loans and the Adjusted Required Redemption Amount;

Related to Selected Loan Offer Notice

  • Underwritten Offering Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).

  • Offering Notice shall have the meaning set out in Section 3.1;

  • Auction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Pro Rata Extension Offers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).

  • Bona Fide Offer means an actual or genuine offer which includes a specific wage or a training opportunity at a specified place when used to determine whether the parent has refused an offer of training or employment.

  • Tender Notice means the Tender Notice set out in Part 1 of this TenderDocument;

  • Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;

  • Participation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2;

  • Proposed Prepayment Date is defined in Section 8.3(c).

  • Term SOFR Notice means a notification by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders and the Borrower of the occurrence of a Term SOFR Transition Event.

  • Selected Bidder means the bidder who has been selected by DMRC, pursuant to the bidding process for award of license.

  • Committed Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Committed Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Committed Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
