Selected Accounting Firm definition

Selected Accounting Firm means a public accounting firm with nationally recognized auditing expertise, which shall be selected by Purchaser's Accountants and Seller's Accountants to resolve a dispute arising pursuant to Section 5.3 or 5.5 hereof.
Selected Accounting Firm shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.5(b).
Selected Accounting Firm means any national independent ------------------------ accounting firm selected from time to time by the joint consent of the parties to this Agreement.
