SEG Marks definition

SEG Marks means solely the SEG trade names, marks and logos; SEG, in its sole discretion from time to time, may change the appearance and/or style of the SEG Marks, provided that, unless required earlier by a court order or to avoid potential infringement liability, TradeDirect shall have fourteen (14) days' notice to implement any such changes.

Examples of SEG Marks in a sentence

  • Subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SEG hereby grants Broker a nonexclusive, non-transferable, non sublicensable license to use the SEG Marks in accordance with this Agreement.

  • TradeDirect agrees not to apply for registration of the SEG Marks (or any xxxx confusingly similar thereto) anywhere in the world.

  • Subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SEG hereby grants TradeDirect a nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use the SEG Marks in accordance with this Agreement.

  • TradeDirect hereby acknowledges and agrees that, except as set forth herein TradeDirect has no right, title or interest in or to the SEG Marks.

  • An exception shall be requested through the local community mental health program or agency contracted with the Authority serving the individual.

  • All usage by Broker of the registered SEG Marks shall include the appropriate trademark symbol and shall be in the following form, as appropriate: [SEG Xxxx](tm).

  • Broker acknowledges and agrees that the presentation and image of the SEG Marks should be uniform and consistent with respect to all services, activities and products associated with the SEG Marks.

  • These regula- tions do not segregate qualifying programs into these types.

Related to SEG Marks

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Product Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, accompanying logos, trade dress and indicia of origin used in connection with the distribution, marketing, Promotion and sale of each Licensed Product in the Territory. For purposes of clarity, the term Product Trademarks shall not include the corporate names and logos of either Party and shall include any internet domain names incorporating such Product Trademarks.

  • Transferred Trademarks means all Trademarks used in or held for use in, or arising from the Transferred Business and owned by Transferor or its Subsidiaries other than Trademarks bearing the “International Paper” or “IP” names or logos.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Trade Dress means the current trade dress of a Product, including, but not limited to, Product packaging and the lettering of the Product trade name or brand name.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Product Trademark means (a) any trademark or trade name, whether or not registered, or any trademark application, renewal, extension or modification thereto, in the Territory, or any trade dress and packaging, that is applied to or used with Products by Xxxxxx and (b) all goodwill associated therewith, and any promotional materials relating thereto.

  • Trade Names means any words, name or symbol used by a Person to identify its business.

  • Trademark means any trademark, trade name, service xxxx, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.

  • Trademarks means any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, brand names, internet domain names, designs, logos, or corporate names (including, in each case, the goodwill associated therewith), whether registered or unregistered, and all registrations and applications for registration and renewal thereof.

  • Licensed Know-How means all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Pfizer or any of its Affiliates as of the effective date of the Pfizer-MPP Agreement, (b) directly relates to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product in the Field, and (c) is not in the public domain or otherwise generally known. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Licensed Know-How shall not include any Know-How to the extent solely and directly related to any other Pfizer compound or to the extent related to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product outside the Field and (ii) Licensed Know-How includes only that Know-How, designated by Pfizer in its sole discretion, necessary for the manufacture, registration and commercialization of the Compound and/or Licensed Product for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Retained Names and Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(a).

  • Marks means any and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, taglines, company names, and logos, including unregistered and common-law rights in the foregoing, and rights under registrations of and applications to register the foregoing.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Business IP means all (i) Intellectual Property licensed to and/or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any Retained Subsidiary and (ii) Owned Intellectual Property.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:
