Seed Project(s) definition

Seed Project(s) means, collectively, Seed Project 1, Seed Project 2, Seed Project 3 and Seed Project 4;
Seed Project(s) means the pre-competitive or fundamental research projects to be undertaken by the Research Performer(s) on their own or in collaboration with any Full Member (as defined in section 3 of the CoolestSG Consortium Membership Application Form) that utilizes Seed Funds.

Examples of Seed Project(s) in a sentence

  • Consortium Lead will solicit proposals for Seed Projects from its Members to be reviewed, prioritized in consultation with Members and evaluated by the Technical Committee for the Management Board’s endorsement at Management Board meetings.

  • The Technical Committee shall: evaluate and select proposals for Seed Projects to be submitted to the Board for endorsement; advise the Board on technical or project related matters relating to the Seed Projects; and provide technical guidance and review the progress of on-going Seed Projects.
