The Subscriber acknowledges that such obligations may include, but are not necessarily limited to: the filing of insider reports on the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI); the filing of early warning reports; the filing of reports of acquisitions; and the filing of a Personal Information Form or similar document with the applicable stock exchange.
To the knowledge of the Corporation, as of the date hereof, all insider SEDI filings are up to date.
